Simply browse available services on the homepage, select your preferred service, choose a staff member and time slot, then confirm your booking. Everything works from your mobile phone — no app installation needed.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. You can manage your bookings from the "Your Appointments" section. Cancellations and reschedules are subject to the business cancellation policy, which is displayed during booking.

Do I need to create an account?

You can browse services without an account, but you will need to sign in to complete a booking. You can register using your email or sign in with Google for quick access.

How does the QR code check-in work?

When you arrive at the venue, the staff may ask you to scan a QR code. This automatically checks you in and notifies the staff that you have arrived for your appointment.

Is my personal data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted and transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. We use JWT-based authentication with secure cookies. Your information is never shared without your consent.

Will I receive reminders before my appointment?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation after booking and a reminder before your scheduled appointment via email or notification, depending on the business settings.

Can I see my booking history?

Yes. Go to "Your Appointments" to view all past and upcoming bookings, including date, time, service details, and status.
